Many members of WKCC team took part in a successful campaign to upgrade the localities Broadband services through direct negotiations & partnership working with BT.
There is a high rate of Self employment in the area which is benefiting from the Broadband upgrade. Opening up the opportunities for existing firms & startups to trade online. There is strong local support from WKCC for start up companies & supporting local school leavers in their studies.
